A 37mm cooler for builds where nothing else will fit — small-form-factor cases, media boxes, anything with a side panel closer to the board than a tower cooler allows. Mounting hardware for both sockets is supplied, so it is listed against every board here.

It will not hold a 250W processor, and does not pretend to. For a 65W chip it is quiet and entirely adequate.
