At Ignite, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item you have bought from our store, you can return it to us under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, along with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@example.com, and send your item to our returns address.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions: Some items may be exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
